Andrew H. Frank
Andrew H Frank earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1976 and began Frank Law Office in Janesville that same year. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Andrew currently serves as the Chairperson of the Rock County Condemnation Commission and is a Mediator for the Rock County Foreclosure Mediation Program. He also has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Andrew is a Member of the State of Wisconsin and Rock County Bar Associations and volunteers in Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Volunteer Lawyer Project.
Andrew focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Probate, Real Estate, Business Law, and Personal Injury.
Matthew L. Frank
Matthew L. Frank earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Hamline University School of Law in 2008 and joined Frank Law Office after passing the Wisconsin Bar Examination. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He is a Member of the State of Wisconsin and Rock County Bar Associations and volunteers in Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Volunteer Lawyers Project. Matthew has also served Rock County as a Guardian ad Litem representing the best interests of children in custody, divorce, paternity and guardianship cases. Matthew is also a minority owner of the Green Bay Packers.
Matthew focuses his practice on Debt Relief and Bankruptcy, Family Law, Real Estate, and Personal Injury.
